E-Portal: After Global Chatbot is Enabled, when Users Navigating to a Component that Contains no Search key Record and Adding a Value on the Page, Application Server will Crash (Doc ID 2970224.1)

Symptoms

The site has configured/enabled Global Chatbot. When users navigate to a component that contains no Search key record and add a value on the page, application server will crash and users will be log out of PIA.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into PIA.

2. Navigate to PeopleTools > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager.

3. Select a delivered query.

4. Click Schedule.

5. Add a new Run Control ID.

6. Observe logout page shows up.
