Symptoms

The changed item description is not updated to the transaction item description on the Procurement Contract page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
     1. Navigate : Procurement Contracts > Add/Update Contracts
          Create a contract
     2. Enter Supplier ID
     3. Select an Item
     4. Change the Item Description
     5. Click Line Details
     Issue : Transaction Item Description is not updated
