Symptoms

Error shows up when searching by clearing up Email Hierarchy on Manage Invitation Page:

SQL error in Exec. (2,280) SUP_OB.Invitations.InvitationSearch.OnExecute Name:searchInvitees PCPC:26871 Statement:463
Called from:SUP_OB_MNG_INVITE.GBL.SUP_OB_INV_SRCH.SUP_OB_SEARCH.FieldChange Statement:2

During the execution of SQL, an error occurred in the Exec subroutine. The preceding message should have described the SQL being executed.

 

Note: In the Replication Steps, User Details / Company Names / Addresses / Emails / Telephone Numbers / Etc. are fictitious (based upon made-up data used in the Oracle DEMO Environments), any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Menu > Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Manage Registration Invitation. Add new value.
    Request type: Request Supplier Change,
    Supplier Request template: 'CHANGE_ALL',
    Email Template: SCR_INVITE
2. Select Supplier ‘ITV0000045’. Search. No rows found
3. Clear supplier id and Email hierarchy and search again. Getting the error:
    "SQL error in Exec. (2,280) SUP_OB.Invitations.InvitationSearch.OnExecute Name:searchInvitees PCPC:26855 Statement:463
     Called from:SUP_OB_MNG_INVITE.GBL.SUP_OB_INV_SRCH.SUP_OB_SEARCH.FieldChange Statement:2"
