Symptoms
POST_HIRE_REQUEST messages are failing in Integration Broker with the following error:
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Personal Data > Manage Hires
2. Hire employee through this page
3. Review the resulting POST_HIRE_REQUEST operation at PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Monitoring > Monitor Asynchronous Services. It will have failed with the Invalid Status error.
