Symptoms
After applying the patch "34616581 - PROGRAM FUNDING CONFIGURATION: ABILITY TO REUSE DELIVERED TAX CLASSES AND OTHER PFML ENHANCEMENTS", the Family Medical Leave FML EE/ER Taxes are not getting calculated on the paychecks for the employees for Oregon (OR) when a new state is added.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigator > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Payroll for North America > Federal/State Taxes > Company State Tax Table > Other Programs
- Company state tax table page - P001 Set as subject.
2. Navigator > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Payroll For North America > Program Funding Administration > Program ID Association
- Program ID association page as checkbox checked.
-“Evaluate Program Taxes When No Wages in this State” is checked.
3. Navigator > Payroll for North America > Employee Pay Data USA > Tax Information > Update Employee Tax Data > State Tax Data
- Resident and UI Jurisdiction checked for OR State and P001 set as subject
- Add one more State as NJ
4. Navigator > Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create and Load Paysheets > Create Paysheets
5. Navigator > Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll
6. Navigator > Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Confirm Payroll
7. Navigator > Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Review Paycheck > Paycheck Earnings
- Employee has got paid in NJ State.
Note: OR FML EE/ER Taxes not getting calculated.
