EPY: E&G: Incorrect Contract Worth When Subsequent Create Contract Projected Payment is Run Without Changes to Job Compensation (Doc ID 2972771.1)

Contract worth amount is incorrect after running CNTPAY01 but contract projected payments are correct 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to: Workforce Administration> Job Information> Job Data>  Hire contract employee for 8/15/2022 - 8/13/2023
2. Add compensation in Job Data
3. Navigate to: Workforce Administration> Job Information>  Contract Administration>  Update Contract Pay NA> Create Contract
4. Make payments then add a row to job data with a new compensation amount and choose prorate using effective date
5. Navigate to:  Payroll for North America>  Payroll Processing USA>  Create and Load Paysheets>  Create Contract Projected Pay>  Run CNTPAY01 and contract worth in Payment Details is correct
6. Navigate to:  Payroll for North America> Payroll Processing USA>  Produce Payroll>  Calculate Payroll  Run a payroll
7. Run CNTPAY01 again and Contract Worth amount changes but payment details remain correct
