E-FLUID: Calendar and Look Up Icons Missing on Search Page After Applying PT 8.60.07 and Setting Up Configurable Search (Doc ID 2973064.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to PT 8.60.07, the "Find an Existing Value" search page for Vouchers, setup through Configurable Search, does not show the look up and the calendar icons.

Please see the highlighted icons below. The picture on the left shows the icons in lower version of PeopleTools while the one on the right shows them as missing in PT 8.60.07 and higher.

                

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply PT 8.60.07 patch.
2. Navigate to Home > PeopleTools > Utilities > Manage Configurable Search.
3. Search for component: Regular Entry: Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Add/Update > Regular Entry.
4. Change the “Search as default view” to “Yes”, click on the two “Load Fields” buttons (one on the “Search” page and one on the “Add New” page) and click “Save”.
5. Click the “Preview” button in the upper right corner.
6. The default is now the “Find an Existing Value” page but the lookup icons and the calendar icons are missing.



Changes

A PeopleTools patch has been applied.
