Error "File Was Not Successfully Transferred (10420,329)" Triggered when Trying to View or Edit a Document linked to a Supplier Contract (Doc ID 2973849.1)

Symptoms

We are using HTTP as our file attachment server for Supplier Contracts. When trying to view or edit a document, the system throws an error.

 

File was not successfully transferred (10420,329)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Document Management (Supplier Contracts-->Create Contracts & Documents-->Document Management)
2. Click on the Find Existing Document link
3. Search for a Document and select it.
4. Click on View Document or Edit Document buttons
5. Will get an error.
