HCM 9.2: Business Partner Personal Info Links Do Not Load Informtion, Give User Message That They Do Not Have Access To The Data (Doc ID 2973871.1)

Symptoms

Employee personal information home links are not working as expected when going through Business Partner team actions. When the links are clicked, the user will get various messages on the pages stating they do not have access to the data.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to either Workforce Administration or Manager Self Service homepages, select Manage Business Partners, click on the desired Business Partner Team
2. Click on a person's action list icon > Job and Personal Information > View Employee Personal Info
3. All Hyperlinks except for Birthday will not bring up the corresponding page. Instead they will give a message that the user does not have access to that data.
