Goal

Cash basis accounting on Campus Solutions Student Financials is implemented when Debit item types, such as Charge and Refund item types, use the GL Timing of 'Satisfaction' on the Item Type General Ledger interface tab.  Credit item types, such as Payment, Waivers, and Financial Aid, must always use GL Timing = Assessment under the Cash Basis or Accrual accounting.
