Request Advisement Report Search Page Performance Issue (Doc ID 2974029.1)

Symptoms

When the user attempts to search the advisement report, the search results taking a long time to be returned and the page keeps spins. This issue started after PeopleTools 8.60.xx upgrade.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Main Menu > Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Request Advisement Report
  2. Enter ID, Institution, and Report type
  3. Click Search
