GP BRA: Wrong Effective Date Selected In Vacation Calendar BRA When Employee Has More Than One Period of Vacation In The Same Acquisitive Period. (Doc ID 2974112.1)

When scheduling vacations and there are two effective dates in the Vacation Calendar BRA page, the system does not check the highest effective date, allocating the employee in the wrong off-cycle with the lowest effective date.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create 2 effective date in the Vacation Calendar BRA(Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Framework > Calendars > Vacation Calendars BRA)  with the same periods but with different Off-Cycle Groups.
2. Schedule a vacation for an employee(Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Absences > Vacation Leave BRA.
3. Review the Off-Cycle on demand created for the vacations on Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing  > Off Cycle > Off Cycle On Demand).
