Symptoms
From Employee Self Service dashboard and click on Personal Details tile and then, on all the Tiles 'You are not authorized for this page' if the User Id has the Portal Administrator role.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an employee with User ID that has the Portal Administrator role
2. From Employee Self Service dashboard, click on Personal Details tile
3. then, on next tile, all the Tiles display 'You are not authorized for this page'
