ETL9.2: Approvals Page Shows "Message Not Found" For Link Under View Detail While Screen Reader Active. (Doc ID 2974444.1)

Symptoms

When an approver logs in with screen reader mode enabled and navigates to the fluid pending approvals page, the link in the View Details column displayed ‘Message not found’.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Log in as user with enabled Screen Reader mode; User must be a Manager.
a. Make the Manager has an Employee that has entered some yet-to-be approved time.
2. Go to Approvals Tile.
3. Getting View detail as ‘Message Not Found’.
4. Click on the “Message not found” link.
5. Appears to still allow approval in most instances, though message is misleading.
