Symptoms

When trying to finalize a Benefits Administration Event, Benefits Administration fails with the following error:

Remote program PSPBARUN failed with reason: GET-EVENT-RULESELECT-OPTIONS(PSPBAELT)PROCESS-PAR-OPTIONS(PSPBAENR) (2,-1)

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Select the Validate/Finalize button for the Event (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Maintenance).
     2. Error displays online.
