Symptoms
On the Life election page in self service Benefits Enrollment, the following displays in the Primary Allocation field instead of Percent of Flat Amount:

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Open Enrollment tile, Benefits Enrollment step.
2. Employee selects Life tile.
3. (Invalid Value) displays in the Primary Allocation field.
