Symptoms
In Canadian French (CFR), the users can see a mixture of French and English when it comes to displaying time formats.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in French then Libre-Service Employé > Entrez l'heure
(In English: Time tile > Enter Time) and select employee timesheet
2. On punch timesheet: the total scheduled (Prevues) displayed correctly in 40,0 format but Reported (Deslarees) each day like 8.0 when it should be 8,0.on punch
3. On elapsed timesheet: the reported time on each day displayed like 9.5 de 8 format when it should be 9,5 of 8
