HCM 9.2: Dotted Line Reports Showing Directs Where it Shouldn't

Symptoms
By creating a dotted line manager and dotted line report, both having no directs, If you access to the Company Directory and by scrolling through the organization chart a while and you by going back to the dotted line manager, it will display the dotted line report with a certain number of directs (without the small Icon).
The issue happens only for dotted line relationships with 0 direct count.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Manager Self Service Fluid Homepage > Company Directory : View My Org Chart.
Notice 2 Direct Reports with no direct reports
2. Access the Dotted Line Tile
Setup Direct Report A as Dotted Line Report and Direct Report B as Dotted Line Manager.
3. Navigate back to View My Org Chart
Initially the 2 Direct reports are showing fine with no direct Reports, go back to the Manager Org Chart and scroll down to other Direct Reports and now go back to Dotted Line Manager and notice that the Dotted Line Report shows 12 Directs with no icon next to it.
After moving back to the Manager, the Directs are deleted.
