ETL 9.2: "Quantity for Approval" Field on Fluid Reported Time Approval Page Shows Incorrect Value

Symptoms
Pending Approval shows incorrect Approval Quantity compared to the one entered in actual Timesheet by employee.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a punch time employee and navigate to ESS > Time > Enter Time
2. Submit the time for 1 day with the total hour coming for approval as 11.50 hours as below:
In-5:00 AM
Break-6:00 AM
In-7:00 AM
Lunch-11:00 AM
In-11:30 AM
Out-5:00 PM
3. Login as approver and navigate to Approval Tile.
The total hour showing for approval is 10.50. Summary description on the reported time approval page should be same as Enter time Total reported hours.
4. Click on transaction in pending. Reported Time page shows incorrect Approval Quantity (11.50 hours) compared to the one entered in actual Timesheet by employee.
Quantity of Approval in the Reported time detail page should display same as summary description.
