E-CRM: When Trying to Access the Cases, the Overview Of "Employee" Is Not Populated in the 360 Degree View (Doc ID 2975376.1)

Symptoms

The Cases are not visible for Employee in the HRHS 360 degree view.

The Issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu --> HRHD 360 Degree View
  2. Search for an employee who has at least 2 open cases
  3. Observe the 360 Degree View Overview - nothing is being displayed.

The expectation is that this is where all cases, correspondences, communications would be displayed.
