Symptoms
Employer match for employee's Savings Plan deductions are not stopping when expected.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Calculate a payroll (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll).
2. Check the deductions on the paycheck for an employee for whom employer contributions should have been stopped to see that they didn't (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Review Paycheck).
