HCM: USF Approval Part-Time/Full-Time Not Creating a PAR (Doc ID 2976098.1)

Symptoms

When use the AWE flow for approving a full-time/ part-time change using the USF Manager Self service module a PAR is not created after the second approval step. The Process ID FederalFTPTChange which is connected to the transaction FE_FTPT has a two (2) step approval process that should create a PAR with a WIP status of 2nd after both steps have been approved. The approval finish accepts the 2nd approval and the AWE heading is set to approved but the PAR was not created. No row in PS_GVT_JOB table was created.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. As a manager log in and navigate to Manager Self Service > Job and Personal Information > Change FTPT Status USF.
2. Submit a request for an employee to change the status.
3. Approve the request as first level approval (User list FederalFirstAuthorizer)
4. Approve the request as a second level approval (User List FederalSecondAuthorizer)
