SAIP Snapshot Does Not Update Academic Organization on Blackboard (Doc ID 2976597.1)

When we change the Academic Organization associated with a class that that is already setup in our Learning Management System (LMS)  and run the SAIP snapshot app engine  SAE_BULK_PROCESS to sync Campus Solutions Class Data and our LMS system the new Academic Organization is not reflected on the class in Blackboard.
 
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify the Academic organization on a class  that has already been app messaged via SAIP at Curriculum Management > Class Schedule > Maintain Schedule of Classes.

2.  Run the 'Snapshot" Bulk data exchange  from SA Integration Pack > Bulk Data Exchange > Run Bulk Data Exchange to update the class in the Learning Management System (LMS)

Note that the class has not been updated in your Learning Management System.
