Header Attachments Are Duplicated on an Event, When the Event Is Created by Copying From a Requisition (Doc ID 2977096.1)

Symptoms

Header Attachments are duplicated on an event, when the event is created by copying from a requisition.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an ePro Requisition with 3 Special Request Line Items (eProcurment-->Create Requisitions)
2. Add an attachment to each of the Line Items and also a Header Attachment
3. Save & Submit the requisition
4. Create an Event (Sourcing-->Create Events-->Create Event Details)
5. Enter an Event Name and Description
6. Click on the Line Items link
7. Copy From select Requisition and click GO
8. Enter a BU. Selected Lines field select Req Lines, Enter our Requisition and click Search
9. Select Line 1 and click OK
10. Advanced Definition tab- Click on the Line Comments and Attachments icon
11. Our line attachment displays correctly. Click OK
12. Click on the Event Comments and Attachments link
13. Header attachment displays correctly. Click OK
14. Add Bidder Invitation and save the event
15. Event is Saved. Click on View All Attachments for Event
16. Both Header and Line attachments display correctly.
17. Click Return
18. Post the Event

Now for the reported issue
19. Create an Event (Sourcing-->Create Events-->Create Event Details)
20. Enter an Event Name and Description
21. Click on the Line Items link
22. Copy From select Requisition and click GO
23. Enter a BU. Selected Lines field select Req Lines, Enter our Requisition and click Search
24. Select Line 2 and click OK
25. Advanced Definition tab- Click on the Line Comments and Attachments icon
26. Our line attachment displays correctly. Click OK
27. Click on the Event Comments and Attachments link
28. Header attachment displays correctly. Click OK
29. Click on View All Attachments for Event link
30. Both Header and Line attachments display correctly
31. Click Return
32. Add Bidder Invitation and Save the Event
33. Click on the Line Items link
34. Copy From is Requisition. Click GO
35. Enter a BU. Selected Lines field select Req Lines, Enter our Requisition and click Search
36. Select Line 3. The last line from the requisition. Click OK
37. Advanced Definition tab- Click on the Line Comments and Attachments icon
38. Our line attachment displays correctly. Click OK
39. Click Return to Event Overview link
40. Click on the Event Comments and Attachments link
41. Note that the Header documents are duplicated. This is the reported issue.
