Symptoms
Terminated employees being rehired but do not return in search results in fluid time reporter data.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Make either a workgroup or taskgroup inactive that the employee is enrolled in on their max effective dated row on time reporter data.
Navigation: Setup HCM > Product Related > Time and Labor > Rules and Workgroups > Workgroups
2) Try to search for employee in fluid time reporter data but no results are returned.

Navigation: Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporter > Manage Time Reported Data
3) At the same time, the employee page can be opened from JOB > Employment Data > Time Reporter Data.
