Symptoms

FAMU PHAM students advancing from bachelor to professional not packaging

Pharmacy professional students academic career remains as UGRD but the academic plan advances from undergraduate to professional/graduate and as a result we are seeing: 1. Packaging Start Date changing 2. SAP is reevaluating 3. Awards are reversing from prior academic year and term

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load all student data and observe the behavior.
