GPCORE:Unusual scenario on the Off Cycle Request when Processing the Off Cycle

Symptoms
When adding 3 Elements (SC ER ORDIN, SC ER STHLLV & SC DDSOCC) under PI Target Calendar Hyperlink then saved it was noticed that the action is not processed.
Upon 2nd entry it was noticed that the 3 elements are captured
Steps to replicate the issue:
Step 1: Create a new off cycle on Demand
Step 2: Click on Create Request button > Under Calendar to Correction
Clicked on the Correction Details icon
Click on Target Calendar hyper link
Entered the 3 element
Clicked OK till main page
When I returned back to PI TARGET CALENDAER hyper link and opened the page, the entered elements are not there
I tried to enter the same on 2nd time
Clicked OK till main page
Again I navigated to PI Target Calendar page and checked the entry, I can see only 2nd time entered data.
