Symptoms
When trying to load MCv3 xml into PeopleSoft, where Employee ID tag is missing, the Load external data process generates below error:
Error:
Account: ************XXXX; Error: Employee Name and/or ID are missing from data being imported.

Steps:
1.Run the Load External Data sources process (EX_DATA_LOAD)
Travel and Expenses > Corporate Credit Cards > Load External Data Sources
