ABMGT: Absence Adjustment Entered on Accumulator Does Not Update Absence Balance (Doc ID 2977675.1)

Adjustment to Entitlement entered on Accumulators page is not updating Absence Balances after calculating Entitlement.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Enter an adjustment on the Accumulator to increase the Absence Balance (Navigation: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Adjust Balances > Accumulators > Accumulators).
     2. Run the Entitlement calculation process (Navigation: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Absence and Payroll > Calculate Absence and Payroll).
     3. Absence Balance Details are reviewed by employee, manager or administrator to see that the adjustment has not been applied.
