ABMGT: Incorrect/Unexpected Lockdown Message (Doc ID 2977708.1)

Symptoms

An incorrect/unexpected lockdown text message is triggered for the locked components even when the process phase is not running.
Message:
This page is unavailable during absence processing

Steps to Recreate:
1. Lockdown User Group is setup as follows:
   a. Group Type = Role
   b. Role name is specified
2. Event Definition is set as Type = Process
   a. Type = Process
   b. Lockdown Option = Use Process Phase
   c. Process Phase = Sequence 10 - Absence Final Calc and Sequence 20 – Absence Finalize
   d. Lockdown Message = Type and Message Text = This page is unavailable during absence processing.
   e. Lockdown Group is specified accordingly.
   f. Lockdown Component Group = ABS REQUEST
3. Note: Absence Calc nor or Finalize process is not running in the environment
4. User goes to the Manage Absence Page and the below test message is triggered:
    Message: This page is unavailable during absence processing.

Business Impact:
Due to issue users are confused with the behavior and therefore causes delays in processing.
