Symptoms
When retro pay is calculated, the new values are not including shift differentials that were used in the original paycheck.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Calculate a check which includes shift differentials.
2. Enter a retro pay rate change.
3. Run retro pay calc.
