Self Service Account Summary Displays a Pending Payment For a Student When the Student Has Not Made a Recent Payment (Doc ID 2977729.1)

Symptoms

The Self Service Account Summary page displays a Pending Payment amount.  The student has not made a payment to their account recently.  The Term the Pending Payment displays in is from several years ago, when the student was not attending the institution.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign in as a student or Administrator;
  2. Navigate to Campus Community, Student Services Center (Student);
  3. Click on the Account Inquiry hyperlink;
  4. Note the Pending Payment amount.
