Symptoms
The Resize Employee Photos process fails with with the following error:
Chunk Size: 200 (1000,1422)
No image files found in Source Directory. (1000,31066)
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Set Up HCM > System Administration > Database Processes > Resize Employee Photos
2. Run the process and check Process Monitor and noticed the process goes to No Success.
