Labels For Name Fields Display in English On a Multi Language Environment After Applying PUM 29 (Doc ID 2978155.1)

After applying Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM 29,  the field labels on SCC_BIO_DEMO component, on the SCC_NAMES_SP page are being displayed in English, and not the language the operator is signed in with. As an example, a user signed in to Campus Solutions using Dutch language will see the Title, First Name, Last Name, Preferred First Name, and Initial fields displayed in English, and not Dutch.  These field labels should be displayed in the language the operator is signed into the database with.

This issue occurs when signed in with any of the supported languages for Campus Solutions.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Sign in to Campus Solutions using a language such as Dutch;
2.  Navigate to Campus Community, Personal Information (Student), Add/Update a Person;
3.  Select a student;
4. Click on the Names hyperlink;
5. Note the Title, First Name, Last Name, Preferred First Name, and Initial fields are displayed with English field labels.
