Symptoms


PO Auto Sourcing Process (PO_AUTO_SRC) does not create purchase order

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Requisition
Navigate : Purchasing > Requisitions > Add/Update Requisitions
2. Add Adhoc item 
3. Save
4. Navigate : Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Stage/Source Requests > PO Auto Sourcing
5. Enter Business Unit and Requisition ID
6. Run PO Auto Source process
Issue : PO Auto Sourcing Process does not create a purchase order
