Symptoms

On the Document Management page, the Review and Approval section does not have options for contracts created by another administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
       1. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Document Management
       2. Search a document created by another administrator
       Issue : Review and Approval section have no options
