After rebuilding  the search indexes some courses with accent or or cedilla still don't show in class search


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the class search indexes (Curriculum Management -> Fluid Class Search -> Build Indexes)
2  Do a class search on a course that has accent and cedilla In Fluid Class Search
3. Note not all classes show in the search.
