Symptoms
The Job description for a job code is displayed on the Job Details history Page based on the latest effective dated entry instead of the employee's job effective date.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Login as Manager.
2. Navigate to Manager Self Service > Team Member Snapshot > Select a team member from direct reports page > From Summary page, select Job Details tile > Job History Tab
