Symptoms
The Search page for Learner Group is not taking into account the translated setup added for the language used to log in.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Log in Dutch or French:
2. Enterprise Learning > Maintain Courses > Security.
3. Add a learning group.
Notice: the Learning Environment is displayed in English (while it should be translated to the language used to log in).
