E-IB: Error Response Messages with Http Status Codes of 502-599 are not Logged in the ErrorLog.html (Doc ID 2980235.1)

Symptoms

Integration Gateway does not capture the error response messages with Http status codes of 502-599 in the errorLog.html. 

The following is a sample error in msgLog.html.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Publish/send custom messages from PeopleSoft via Integration Broker to a third party site that trigger an Http response status code of 502-599.

2. Observe the http 502-599 error appears in the msgLog.html, but not in the errorLog.html.
