On the Maintain Schedule of Classes Meetings Tab, After Specifying the Instructor Emplid, The Assign Type Value Defaults to 'Not Included' and Prevents Further Changes (Doc ID 2980756.1)

When attempting to add an instructor to a scheduled class on the Maintain Schedule of Classes Meetings Tab, the value populated for the Instructor Assign Type defaults to 'Not Included', after which the workload text box disappears and prevents further changes.

The issue only occurs for a certain instructor(s) and not others.

In every case, the Assign Type should be working to populate the expected value based on the Instructor Emplid.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Maintain Schedule of Classes
  2. Open the Meetings tab
  3. Enter the Instructor Emplid and tab out of the field.
  4. Note the "Not Include" Assign Type is populated and no further changes are allowed.
