Symptoms
Real Time Indexing (RTI) isn't working for MSS indexes when the environment uses a DB2 13.1 or Microsoft SQL Server 2022 database (initially reported that RTI wasn't working for the EP_PO_PURCHASE_ORDERS index). Although RTI is configured correctly and enabled it isn't working and writes error entries in the Application server log file (APPSRV_<mmdd>.LOG).
In the log file APPSRV_MMDD.LOG for PSRTISRV (<PS_CFG_HOME>/appserv/prcs/<DOMAIN>/LOGS/APPSRV_mmdd.log), the error registered is:
