Symptoms

Requester's Workbench errors when attempting to cancel requisition with unique constraint on table PS_REQ_CANCEL_WK1.

Error:

A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.  OK
Process 0 ABENDED at PO_REQCANCEL.MAINUPTS.Step0041 (SQL) -- RC = 805 (108,524) OK
CallAppEngine: Application PO_REQCANCEL.AppEngine error (2,653) REQ_RC_WB_WRK.CONTINUE_PB.SavePostChange PCPC: 10431 Statement: 138

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Go to Requester's Workbench. Navigation: Menu>Purchasing > Requisitions > Requester's Workbench
2. Search by Business Unit
3. Select a requisition and cancel. Getting the error message:
'A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details. OK
