"Data Being Added Conflicts With Existing Data" Message Received When Creating New TPC

Symptoms
When attempting to copy a new Third Party Contract (TPC) from an existing contract, the following error occurs when saving:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Student Financials -> Payment Plans -> Third Party Contract -> Create
2. Select any existing contract from the search results.
3. Once in the component, click the Copy button.
4. Update the value to use the number found on the Payment Plan Counter from the SF Business Unit.
5. Enter a description for the new Contract and check the Copy All Values checkbox.
6. Click Next.
7. Click Save. The Contract Number will be updated to the number defined in Step 4.
8. Click the Add Update button.
9. Search for the new contract number from step 7.
