Symptoms
Text Message ENR_PLAN_OPTION on the Fluid Health Benefit election page contains a variable that should display the description of the Coverage Code; however, when the page is first opened, it is just skipped in the text message. If the employee selects a Plan, the Coverage Code then displays.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Open Enrollment tile, Benefits Enrollment step.
2. Employee selects Health Plan Type tile.
3. No Coverage Code is displayed in the text message.
4. Employee selects different Plan.
5. The text message correctly displays Coverage Code.
