Symptoms
When trying to open or add a PO, the following error is shown:
"Invalid grid column name GNV_ORDER_LINE_NBR. (2,646) PO_LINE.Activate"
The issue can be replicated by navigating to Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update POs and trying to open or create a PO.
