EPY: Inactive Bank ID Is Available To Be Selected In Employee Self-Service Direct Deposit. (Doc ID 2982645.1)

Symptoms

Bank Id is available in the Employee Self-Service Direct Deposit even if the Bank is inactive in the Bank table.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Banking > Banks and inactivate the Bank Id.
2. On Employee Self-Service > Direct Deposit, try to add a Bank Account for the inactive bank.
