The XML Message Sent By Campus Solutions (XSAFI) To Student Financial Planning (SFP) For a Cancelled Student Program Is Not Being Loaded Into the SFP System (Doc ID 2982666.1)

For a student with two Programs in Student Records where one has been Cancelled, an XSAFI message from Campus to SFP is not being sent to the SFP system. There are 2 rows in SFP for the student's Program.

It is expected a change to the Student Records data can be Messaged to the SFP system to keep Program Data in sync.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Campus Community > Student Fin Planning Interface > Process SFP Messages
  2. Select or create a Run Control
  3. Enter the Run Control parameters and select the Message Class = "Student Academic and Fin Info"
  4. Run the process
  5. The XSAFI message does not update the SFP tables.
