E-PRCS: Process Monitor Reset Does Not Reset Date Range Filter When Clicked (Doc ID 2982670.1)

Symptoms

 In Process Monitor tool, when clicking on the "RESET" button the filter changes to "LAST" but shows a "FROM" and "TO" date range incorrectly instead of showing the expected LAST filter options of a field for number and one for days/years/etc options.

 

Can be reproduced with the following steps

---------------------------

1. Navigation: "PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Process Monitor"

2. Select the LAST filter and choose a number of days

3. Select "Save on Refresh" check box

4. Click "Refresh" to show results

5. Change filter to "DATE RANGE" and choose a "FROM" and "TO" date

6. Click "Refresh" to show results

7. Click "RESET"

8. Observe filter changes to "LAST" but shows a "FROM" and "TO" date range incorrectly
