Error on Student Selection Status When Running the Batch Advisor Assignment Process Without Sub-Plan (Doc ID 2982724.1)

Symptoms

When the User Attempts to run the Batch Advisor Assignment Process Without Sub-Plan, the Student Selection Status ='Error'.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Student Background Information > Student Advisor Assignment
  2. Create an Assignment code
  3. Set "select Students by" to Career/Program/Plan/Subplan
  4. Set "Assign Student Advisors at" to Program / Plan
  5. Set Program, Plan and Subplan
  6. Click on Get Students Button
  7. Verify the Status Field
